Natures Sunshine Products

Company History

Nature’s Sunshine Products has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  The company was founded in 1972 by the Hughes family. Their objective was to develop a system for encapsulating the herb capsicum, and this project, done at their kitchen table, was successful and started them on their journey to becoming the first company to encapsulate herbs.  Since then they have gone on to manufacture many more natural health supplements that work.

The company is headquartered in Spanish Fork, Utah where they research and produce over 600 products.  While the products are not FDA-approved, they do comply with the standards and regulations set forth for dietary supplements. Each product is clearly labeled showing a detailed list of its ingredients, and they are reasonably priced.

One thing that is definitely worth noting is that the company was recognized by Utah Business Magazine as being one of the best public businesses to work for, and it was also recognized by Forbes Magazine in 2013 as one of the most trusted companies by consumers.

The Products

I have used Natures Sunshine products for the past thirty years, and can speak for the products that I have used which have brought me good results.  We do realize that not all bodies are the same, and products which have been successful for me might not have the same effect on another person; however, I can truly say that for my sinus condition their product, ALJ, helped me tremendously.  When taken, ALJ helped my body to eliminate mucus from my bronchial system.  This product went to the root of the problem by first cleansing the colon – who would have thought? ALJ for sinusitis  ALJ comes both in liquid form and capsule form.ALJ capsule

The Production Aspect

It is undeniable that Nature’s Sunshine Products spend millions of dollars on manufacturing to ensure that their consumers have the purest herbs.  They have their own in-house manufacturing plant which adheres to the highest standard of quality.  First, they conduct over 600 tests to ensure a high potency of their herbs as the below points out.

The Business Opportunity

Nature’s Sunshine Products is a very transparent company.  The thing I like best about Natures Sunshine is the reasonable cost of joining the company as a member or distributor.  There is a $40.00 fee for becoming a member, and this can be accomplished by purchasing $40 worth of product.  After that, a member can purchase any amount of products at a discounted member cost (up to 33%), which in turn they can sell at retail price.

The company pays representatives when they sell directly to customers, as well as when they create a network of distributors.  If you have ever wanted  to have your very own natural health store, I recommend Nature’s Sunshine company, as they provide their members with the opportunity to sell the products in their own herb store.

Along with the low cost of the opportunity, the company provides extensive training for everyone who wants to do business with them.

To summarize this review, Nature’s Sunshine Products has been a pioneer in high quality herbal supplements, and continues to be committed to maintaining that high standard.  Customers who use NSP products do so because they have been effective in eliminating symptoms from their bodies.

From a business standpoint, they make it easy to begin a business relationship with them by maintaining a low cost of becoming a member.  Their membership fee has remained the same for over 20 years, and there is no high pressure to sell.  Many options are presented to an individual for conducting their business, and offers sufficient training to aid the businessman in succeeding.

From my experience, I can recommend Natures Sunshine products as good herbal solutions for many conditions.
